Kids need positive activities such as after-school programs, field trips and special events that recognize and reward achievement to stay focused, engaged, and excited about school.

Arts

The arts, whether it be traditional art classes, theatre, music or broadcast help develop creativity as well as problem-solving and social skills.

Athletics

Being on a team and regularly practicing sports helps develop good work habits that will carry over into other aspects of life. The Coos Bay School Community Foundation supports athletic programs.

Academics

The Coos Bay Schools Community Foundation offers grants to district teaching professionals for programs and supplies that will enhance and enrich our kids’ academic experience.
